In Food News Today…

The WashingtonPost.com released its 2006 Cooking Class Listings for the DC metro region today. And guess what I found at the top of the list?!! Cambodian cooking classes! There’s one with Demaz Tep Baker in Arlington, VA. This looks kind of interesting… I think I might have to give it a try…

On CNN.com I came across an article about the latest culinary innovations that were introduced at the Fancy Food Show held in New York this past summer. A few of the ideas seemed a little silly to me… others were a little more marketable, I suppose... Check them out for yourself here...

    Ms. Baker has a website at http://www.geocities.com/darajustin. Her classes fill-up very fast, but they run monthly, so you have a good chance of catching one! Enjoy, and thanks for mentioning her on your site!
